2. Products and Orders
All product prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice. A contract is concluded once the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all countries in the European Union, as well as the United States and Canada.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@shop-propip.com for assistance.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is covered by us.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

6. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty as per EU consumer protection laws. Please contact support@shop-propip.com to initiate a warranty claim.
